每位HK$10（即場報名HK$20） ~ 賽事當天即場繳交費用

不設報名表，請於截止報名日期前電郵 (中文姓名、英文姓名、聯絡電話、參加組別)
至 yaoc20thevent@yahoo.com.hk 報名，費用於比賽當天即場繳交。

注意事項：

1.      各參加者於報到時必須遞交已填妥免責聲明書 (見下頁)。
（18歲以下的參加者，必須得到家長同意並在免責聲明書上簽名，
  並填寫包括家長姓名及聯絡電話，否則不能出賽）

2.      大會將採用Chinahealth電子打孔及計時系統，指咭由大會提供。

注意:

1.        本賽事賽事資料於賽事舉行前至少三天上載於本會網站www.yaoc.org.hk，並於賽事當天在賽事中心張貼，各參加者須自行瀏覽。

2.        如報名後缺席, 請於一個月內, 經任何指定的繳費辦法, 清繳報名費用;

3.        為安全起見, 已報到的參加者必須向終點工作人員報到;

4.        如賽事當天早上所舉行之「2009/2010香港野外定向排名聯賽第五場」因天氣取消，是次賽事將會取消或延期舉行。
